At iMobile3, we are guided by a set of corporate principles. These represent our company as a whole and us as individuals. They provide a foundation for our client relationships, work environment, and our creations. These principles help us to bring out the best in ourselves and deliver great solutions for our clients. We promise to:
- Work "Right”
We all know when something feels “right”. Engineers and designers call it the “a-ha” moment, when a design or solution fits perfectly. It isn’t always easy to do, but hitting that ideal is what we strive for everyday. We are wired to drive for improvement, to reach past easy and to create real meaning with our deliverables and relationships.
- Work Together
Our internal collaborations are at the core of our value to clients. We work with global brands, and they expect innovative and engaging solutions. Drawing on ideas from our varied backgrounds, we bring the best out in each other through intense design meetings and recognize great contributions. Mentoring and learning occur as a natural part of our agile design and development processes.
- Work with the Customer
We are asked to lead large scale, mission critical projects, with very real consequences for failure. Keeping our customer’s interest at the forefront of our efforts is vital to their success, and ours. Whether the project is external facing or an internal property, we strive to deliver value to the customer.
- Work “Native”
Shortcuts are easy to take, and often the hype around gimmick tools and too good to be true pricing can be hard to resist. We believe that creating great solutions takes hard work and imagination. Our solutions are always written using native tools, rejecting the “least common denominator” approach of cross platform tools. Our solutions are created entirely by our employees at our design centers in the USA.
- Work with Integrity
Our mantra is transparency. Our Statements of Work are clear, fixed bid engagements. Requirements, milestones, and delivery dates are always known at the start of a project. Communication of relevant information is a key to ensuring a successful partnership.
