iMobile3 in Mobile Payments Conference Executive Panel
CHICAGO – The 2015 Mobile Payments Conference featured an impressive array of technologists, payment software innovators, merchants, and retailers all driven to pursue deeper integrations and innovations within the mobile payment space. iMobile3 Vice President of Business Development, Mike Hackney, was invited to facilitate cutting edge discussion during the three-day event.
With big-box retailers and niche merchants in the audience, Mike was charged with an all-important question: are loyalty programs relevant in the 21st century? Without a doubt, the panel explained. “Loyalty programs are an essential tool for any businesses seeking to drive brand awareness through intuitive mobile solutions, their relevance has never been more pronounced,” Mike stated.
Further, Mike illustrated the importance of robust mobile engagement platforms, like iMobile3’s PassMarket application, and their integration with point-of-sale solutions. “Today’s merchants are finding more and more that it’s not enough to just have loyalty – you need order ahead, you need store location functionality – and you need those features integrated to your point-of-sale. That’s something that products like PassMarket are accomplishing with rapid success, and it shows on a merchant’s bottom line.”
Back in Jacksonville, iMobile3 was enthusiastic about its showing at the conference. Bob Leonard, iMobile3 Chief Executive Officer, said he views Mike’s panel discussion topic as a positive shift in the mobile payment market, “companies on the leading edge of the next generation of mobile storefronts are coming to us with increasing frequency asking for fully integrated PassMarket loyalty solutions that present consumers with a simple and easy-to-use product in the palm of their hand; and that trend shows no signs of slowing.”
