JACKSONVILLE – iMobile3 has announced a breakthrough integration with Cimplebox, providing detailed feedback and survey mechanisms for iMobile3 and Cimplebox clients. By rolling out transaction-based surveys, this deeper integration adds to the arsenal of tools at a merchant’s disposal.
After each transaction, surveys are pushed to a customer on their mobile device including questions regarding customer service, brand specific items – and of course – product reviews.
